The legally binding terms that govern your use of Volumns.

The Volumns website located at volumns.com is a copyrighted work belonging to Volumns Inc. Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms. These Terms of Use describe the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site. BY LOGGING INTO THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS and represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter them. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THE SITE. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT LOG INTO AND/OR USE THE SITE.

Accounts

Account Creation. To use certain features of the Site, you must create an account and provide information about yourself. You warrant that all required registration information you submit is truthful, up-to-date, and accurate, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

Account Responsibilities. You maintain the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Volumns of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

Subject to these Terms, Volumns grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the Site solely for your own personal, noncommercial use.

You shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site; change, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site; or access the Site in order to build a similar or competitive website.

Volumns reserves the right to change, suspend, or cease the Site with or without notice. Volumns will not be held liable for any change, interruption, or termination of the Site or any part.

User Content

"User Content" means all information and content that a user submits to the Site, including property listings, inquiries, and profile information. You are exclusively responsible for your User Content and bear all risks associated with its use.

You hereby grant to Volumns a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, prepare derivative works of, and otherwise use your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Site to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content that violates any third-party right, is unlawful, harassing, abusive, harmful, invasive of privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to upload malicious software, send unsolicited advertising or spam, harvest user information without consent, interfere with servers or networks, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated agents to create accounts or generate automated queries.

Third-Party Links & Ads

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services and/or display advertisements for third parties. Such links and ads are not under the control of Volumns. You use all third-party links and ads at your own risk and should apply a suitable level of caution.

Each Site user is solely responsible for their own User Content. Volumns is not responsible for any User Content whether provided by you or by others.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Volumns and our suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Property listings, valuations, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

Limitation on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Volumns or our suppliers be liable for any lost profits, lost data, costs of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement will be limited to a maximum of fifty U.S. dollars (U.S. $50).

Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your right to use the Site at any time for any reason, including for any use of the Site in violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your account and right to access and use the Site will terminate immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Volumns regarding the use of the Site. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver.

These Terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use of the Site following notice of changes indicates your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
